About the Artist
I am a full-time artist and a stay-at-home mom. I am happily married to a wonderful husband and I am the mother of three beautiful children that I love so much! I was born and raised in a very small town in New Hampshire. We moved to sunny Florida 6.5 years ago to further our dreams, and just recently moved back home to New Hampshire, where ewe are enjoying the country landscapes.
As young as I can remember I have always loved drawing and painting. When I was 10 years old my mother passed away from breast cancer. It was very hard to deal with at such a young age. Through the hardest times in my life I have used my love of painting as an emotional outlet and at other times just for fun! Now even as an adult I find myself anxious to get to my studio and get started on my next painting. I feel like I could have miles of canvas and never stop painting. SO many ideas and not enough time to paint them all!
It was a dream of mine to someday put my art in a gallery and sell paintings professionally. I now have that opportunity and I am so thankful for it.
Marcy Chapman has displayed her art throughout the World has been featured in the popular UK magazine “World of Interiors”. She occasionally displays her art in the Visual Arts Center in Punta Gorda, FL where she has earned an award for her abstract seascape painting.

Right now my most popular and fastest selling paintings are my Miracles Series. I love painting these! They are painted with layers upon layers of paint which gives them a lot of texture and depth. If you like this style in the photos you will love them in person! I can paint any size and color and can even do multiple panels as a request.
